Our Water Solutions

Now, there is no “one size” fits all solution because water supplies vary, and certainly, municipality treatment plants and processes do as well. However, we can start with some common ground.

Catalytic carbon – Carbon has long been used for the removal of bad tastes and odors in water. Regular coconut shell carbon has been used and is effective for the removal of Chlorine but not so much for Chloramines. Because of this, we use top-of-the-line catalytic carbon that is highly effective against Chloramines, but also adsorbs PFOA, PFHA & PFOS. As more municipalities switch toward using Chloramines as a cost-saving method, we proactively prepare for this and only sell catalytic carbon products. Our MG carbon is only available for POE systems and drop-in inserts. Due to functionality, our catalytic carbon blocks use a less dense carbon.

Dare to compare

  1. Process of carbon to make catalytic
  2. The higher the moisture content, the less adsorption of the carbon. Ideal carbon typically has less than 5% moisture content
  3. Measures the pore size and volume. The greater the number, the higher the level of adsorption
  4. Measures the weight of a fixed volume of carbon. Higher apparent density provides greater volume activity and indicates better quality

  5. Measures the surface area of the carbon granule. The higher the number, the greater the level of adsorption

NAC blend scale media – Our proprietary blend effectively treats for both temporary and permanent hardness. Our scale media is green technology and does not alter the pH, alkalinity, or taste of the water. Utilizing a dual-protection scale media is important as more municipalities use Orthophosphates and Alum (Aluminum Sulfate) in their treatment process. Plus, Silica is abundantly found in the earth’s crust. These (3) culprits contribute to the permanent scale.

This is our base treatment approach. We review your water supply through reports and or testing to ensure your equipment’s protection. We look for other things such as Chlorides, Iron, Lead, Copper, Manganese, Color, Nitrates, and Nitrites, to name a few, to help ensure the recommended treatment is the best line of defense to protect your plumbing and equipment.

Just as, every person in a company has a job: the receptionist answers the phone, the forklift driver pulls the packages, and each media worker performs their own task. Contact us today to discuss your water treatment options.
